10 empresas contribuyentes pasarán a un proceso de fiscalización por supuestas anomalías en declaración de renta durante el 2013. El anuncio fue realizado este lunes por el ministerio de Hacienda como parte de un proceso de estudio tributario a los proveedores del Estado.
Las empresas reportaron ingresos brutos superiores a 30 mil millones de colones; de las cuales 6 pagaron impuestos por menos del 1% de sus ingresos brutos declarados; y 4 reportaron ingresos mayores.
El viceministro de Ingresos de Hacienda, Fernando Rodríguez, aseguró que la medida forma parte de las acciones que brinda el Poder Ejecutivo para incentivar al control fiscal. Rodríguez agregó que el proceso de fiscalización incluye una investigación más profunda, donde se revisará la situación financiera de las compañías involucradas y determinar si existió alguna anomalía.
El pasado 22 de setiembre, la Dirección General de Tributación Directa enviará dos nuevos casos al Ministerio Público por una supuesta evasión de impuestos. Los casos se tratan de una aparente simulación de la actividad profesional relacionada con una joyería; la cual omite el impuesto de ventas; y cuyo monto defraudado ronda los 200 millones de colones.
Estos controles se unen a los tres casos anteriores que envió Tributación ante la Fiscalía en julio anterior. Con respecto a los casos del séptimo mes del año, aún se encuentran en procesos de investigación.
