¡Hoy viví una de esas mañanas llenas de risas y orgullo costarricense! Estaba repasando con mi hijo de siete años la diferencia entre la “r” y la “rr”, y me di cuenta de que en nuestra idiosincrasia casi todo se pronuncia con ese toque “rrr” tan característico. ¡Entre “pero” y “perro” mi acento costarricense me jugó una buena pasada!
La regla dice que la “rr” se usa entre vocales para dar un sonido fuerte, pero aquí en Costa Rica, ¡todos parecen tener un “rrr” natural en la voz! Es divertido ver cómo nuestras raíces hacen que la lengua se exprese con ese toque único, aunque la gramática intente poner orden.
Al final del día, lo que más me enorgullece es ser costarricense y disfrutar de cada peculiaridad de nuestro hablar. Entre risas y algún que otro “rrr” extra, celebro nuestra forma de expresarnos, porque, ¡así somos nosotros!
